The INSHRM Philanthropy Committee was formed in 2026 to assist our local HR Community who may have barriers excluding them from SHRM membership, networking, and chapter educational events.
INSHRM believes that connection, learning, and community should be accessible to all HR professionals. For this reason, our chapter is proud to introduce a Professional Development Scholarship Program designed to support individuals who may otherwise face barriers to participating in our monthly seminars and networking events.
